Internship - Business Admin/ Operations Management/ International Business (Sales Coordinator Intern)

Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Internship position for a duration of a minimum of 4 months. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic designing skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop. Meticulous and accurate with a highly committed attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and a people person. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business, Mass Communication, Statistics, Operations Management, International Business, or any equivalent. Responsibilities Process customer orders from PO to delivery Prepare Job Sheets / Job Orders for production Coordinate with production on job progress and delivery timeline Update customers and respond to order-related inquiries Monitor orders and ensure smooth communication between Sales and Operations Assist Operations team with QC and packing when required Support basic data analysis and preparing report for sales trends & revenue trends to generate insights Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
